Legos at the Botanical Gardens.

The Huntsville Botanical Gardens is one of my favorite places ever.  They work very hard to make it incredibly beautiful and interactive!  Every year they have a different feature during the summer.  Last year was Alice in Wonderland, and this year it was Lego Sculptures!  Patrick hasn't been able to go to the gardens many times, but we wanted to make sure he saw the Legos before they take them down next weekend.
Gigantic rose
Hummingbird.
Dragonfly.
Lily pads and jumping koi.
Making sure my crazy guy doesn't fall in.
Germinating acorn in front of a very large oak.
We saw what we think is a red tailed hawk
eating a squirrel or rabbit.
Mama bison and her baby.  Connor liked the bird.
Fox stalking a rabbit.
Beautiful butterfly.
Posing as a mini fig.
It was a really hot day.  We were all dripping sweat, so we only saw most of the different sculptures.  There were two that were not quite on the path and I had seen several times, so we skipped those.
Lawnmower.
Ghost orchid in the butterfly house.
Connor resting next to a butterfly.
Honey bee.
Goldfinches at a feeder.
The gardens has a small restaurant inside that is a separate business called Clementine's that has awesome food.  Sadly, they are leaving to open a bigger restaurant elsewhere.  I can't wait to see if I like the new restaurant moving in!

Miscellany

These are random pictures from my camera and my phone of the sweet boys over the past few months.  I love them more every day!
Fell alseep waiting for me.
Connor with Ms. Sheree on the last day of school.
Connor with Ms. Jean Anne on the last day of school.
Connor is hard to motivate because there's not a whole lot he cares about.  But he loves playing Wii and he loves having these amiibos to hold and play with.  He plays "talk" with them, acting out different plot lines.  It's pretty fun to watch.  He gets really mad if I try to interact with him while he's playing though.  Sometimes I think he's talking to me, and I will respond and he says, "Mama!  Stop! I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to my amiibos!"
Cuddlebug.
He thinks he's playing videos games with us.
He's a lounger.
Eamon likes to pretend he's Kiki.
Trying to take a picture with their mouths full.
This picture cracks me up.
I don't remember what kind of fruit this was.
Watching TV time.
Eating brownies and whipped cream at Costco.
Giving baby Rhys a hug.
Eamon thought getting a melon was
so awesome.
Eating cookies at Bridge Street.
The boys are constantly sharing my
water bottles.
Eating dinner out for Father's Day.
Eamon's goofy worried look watching Dora.

Patrick's Company Summer Party, July 11th

In addition to a Christmas party, Patrick's company has a summer party at a day camp near our city.  There are activities all afternoon and hotdogs and hamburgers for dinner.  This year, Patrick's company hired a bunch of new people so there were lots of new kids to meet!
Eamon and one of the coworker's daughters looking at goats.
Eamon getting reading to ride on
a horse!
Look at my big boy!
Very hot family picture.
In addition to the horse riding and other activities, they also had a rocket launch.  The boys loved it!  But Connor was really sad they they only had one rocket to launch.  To cheer him up, Patrick promised to buy a rocket for Connor to launch.  We ended up getting a couple, and they're on their way to us now.
These three were all within 4 months of each other.
