O Tannebaum

The week after Thanksgiving, we went with the Wootens to get our Christmas tree!  This is the 4th year we've cut down our own tree and the third time with the Wootens.

Halloween!

Halloween was so fun this year!  The boys were very in tune with dressing up and enjoyed all of it.

These first pictures aren't from Halloween, but a month before.  Megan came to visit us for a night, right before our Disney World trip.  We had just gotten Connor's costume from Amazon after I found Eamon's at a consignment sale.  Luigi and Mario, the Mario brothers!  The boys dressed up and we got pictures with Megan.

That evening, Connor came down with a stomach bug and was up a lot in the night.  First thing in the morning, I got it too.  Megan took care of Connor and Eamon while I slept and threw up all day.  Poor Megan came down with it that night.  I'm so sorry she got sick, but her help was invaluable that day.

I LOVE throwing my annual Halloween party!  My friends are awesome and let me do it potluck so I don't lose my mind.  This year there were a lot of kids dressed in Nintendo costumes, which was so fun and coincidental.

The next day, Saturday, was Halloween.  My mom came to spend the night with us.  The weather was terrible and it poured rain.  So we went to one of our neighbors, Gloria's house, because Connor wanted to, since he remembered that from the previous year.  Then we went to Publix to do their trick-or-treating, which was so, so fun.  They had tossing games in all the different departments and gave out candy after the child participated.  People really got a kick out of our little Mario and Luigi!
Patrick, Mom, and I all wore mushroom
hats, so we were Toads!

Eamon wore this jacket that I altered

October

These are the best pictures of the boys from October from my phone.
At the doctor's office, getting flu shots.
Hanging out at Bridge Street, our outdoor mall.
Riding on the small train around the mall: super fun!
Eamon wore his Lightning McQueen ears from Disney and I
put the boys in their big brothers shirts: dyed pink for a sister!
Sharing a popsicle.

Eating popsicles outside.  Eamon loves his bathrobe.
Cutest mushroom head.
Hanging out in his fox towel and rainboots.
One of my favorite things about fall is going to Tate Farms to play and get pumpkins.  This year I only went once because of Disney, recovering from Disney, and rain.  I'm glad I went at least once, even though it was at the end of the month and I can't wait to take Rowan!

A determined look.
Nice landing!
Connor made us visit all 4 corn cribs.

Cotton candy, yay!
