Eamon's Baptism

Today was Eamon's baptism!  This weekend we had my best friend Heidi and her husband Dan fly in from Michigan to be Eamon's godparents.  We had an awesome visit with them that was over far too quickly.  After going to mass this morning, we had lunch with Happah, Nana, Sani, and Uncle Will at Phil Sandoval's and then went to the baptismal service. 

He slept most of the lunch.

The baptismal service was performed by one of the church deacons, and he made it short and sweet. There was one other family that was having both their young children baptized and they had a lot of  kids from their family present for the baptism.  The deacon had everyone gather around the fount and confirm our intent to have Eamon baptized and renew our own baptismal vows.  Then he anointed the babies, and baptized them!
